JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
A position as postdoctoral associate is available in the research group of Dr. Arne Gericke at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, USA. This NSF funded project aims at studying the properties of phosphoinositide domains and their interaction with proteins in asymmetric lipid bilayers. The successful candidate will have experience in the use of advanced fluorescence microscopy techniques like FCS, FLIM or single molecule TIRF. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate interested in joining a collaborative and highly productive research group with outstanding instrumentation and support for biophysical chemistry research.
