Information Technology Concierge

Job Description

Under direct supervision, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist students and community members with questions regarding connectivity to Internet tools and aid with browsing, completing online forms securely.
Boost digital literacy through on-spot assistance with instructions, coaching, and technical support.
Assist students and community members regarding common computer systems setup and connectivity.
Loan out and provide tech support for equipment.

Direct students and community members to CSN services

Required Qualifications

Industry Certification in Networking or related fields

Starting Salary

$15.00 per hour

This position is funded by grant dollars and is contingent upon ongoing and available funding
