JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Department of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) invites applications for a 1 year visiting professor position during the 2023-2024 academic year. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline by the beginning of employment. The University welcomes culturally and academically diverse faculty of the highest caliber, skilled in the scholarship of teaching, discovery, application, and integration of knowledge. Teaching duties may also include Engineering Sciences courses in the Mechanical and Materials Engineering Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Outstanding applicants with research and teaching interests in any area of Civil Engineering are welcome to apply. Ideal candidates will have interests that are complementary to, or synergistic with, the department's existing research areas and will be able to contribute to our teaching mission.
