Temporary position to assist in logistics, project tracking, manuscript formatting, and general editing issues of large China-related book project that involves 50 authors at universities around the globe.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and maintain project management system
Track essay versions submitted by authors
Format manuscript according to press guidelines
Standardize language in the various chapters
Complete book-related tasks as requested by projects' 3 editors
Communicate on behalf of editors with authors and keep project on track
Organize and maintain shared drive, ensuring most up-to-date versions posted
